These Terms govern access to ResumeSnapp, a resume and cover letter SaaS operated by Luminosicht AI. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund / Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use ResumeSnapp only in compliance with applicable laws. If you use ResumeSnapp on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and activity under your account. We may require email verification, security checks, CAPTCHA, or additional verification before allowing sensitive actions.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.
• Do not attack, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass ResumeSnapp security or access controls.
• Do not impersonate others or create misleading resumes, applications, or credentials.
• Do not use automated systems except through approved APIs or written permission.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of resume, cover letter, profile, upload, and other user content. You grant ResumeSnapp a limited license to host, process, display, transform, export, and transmit that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. ResumeSnapp software, templates, branding, UX, and platform materials remain owned by ResumeSnapp or its licensors.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI suggestions are assistive draft content and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. ResumeSnapp does not guarantee interviews, employment, visa outcomes, application success, or compliance with any employer or jurisdictional requirement. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all final resume and cover letter content.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Paid features may be offered as passes, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, one-time packs, or other plans. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Checkout shows the price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, and available payment methods before purchase.

Where Paddle checkout is used, Paddle.com acts as our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles order processing, payment collection, applicable tax calculation and collection, invoicing, fraud screening, and refund administration for those orders. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy notice may apply alongside these Terms.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel through account billing settings or the available billing portal. Access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policyand any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

8. International Users and Consumer Notices

ResumeSnapp is operated by an India-registered business and serves international users, including EU and UK visitors. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and Abuse Controls

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, illegal use, non-payment, sanctions risk, or violation of these Terms. Where legally required, users may receive notice and an opportunity to respond.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free outputs. Users should keep copies of important documents.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeSnapp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost profit, lost opportunity, employment-related, or data loss damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in a user's country of residence.
